Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and presentations.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations.
Support in preparing detailed working drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site engineers.
Participate in site visits, documentation, and progress reporting.
Conduct research on materials, sustainable design solutions, and building codes.
Collaborate with the design team to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure accuracy, detailing, and quality across drawings and presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Masters preferred but not mandatory).
2+ years of professional experience is a must (internships or full-time).
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design sense with the ability to translate ideas into drawings and 3D visuals.
Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Spoken proficiency in English (additional regional languages like Kannada/Hindi/Tamil are a plus).
