Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Architect. The role requires to assist in developing architectural designs, drafting plans, and preparing project proposals. Responsibilities involve collaborating on design concepts, working on 3d renders, GFC drawings & coordinating with stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes supporting project management workflows and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in residential design and expertise in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces
• Experience in handling multiple projects at once, client management , vendor & site co-ordination.
• Proficiency with softwares like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Canva.
• Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate timelines, resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, (Barch).
