Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role at PILOTIS, located in Kozhikode, Kerala. Responsibilities include assisting in project design and development, preparing drawings, models, and presentations, ensuring compliance with Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR), and coordinating with consultants, vendors, and site teams to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and proven experience in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Strong proficiency in designing and 3D modelling, with SketchUp expertise as a must-have skill.
• Experience managing and coordinating across multiple work sites simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
