Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Gurugram, Haryana. The Junior Architect will collaborate on architectural design projects, assist in creating and refining design plans, and ensure project requirements are met. Additional responsibilities include engaging in integration and coordination efforts, conducting site visits, and supporting project management tasks as required to ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp / 3dsMax
• Basic understanding of building bye-laws and construction details
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of architectural drawings and working drawings
• Assisting in concept design and space planning
• Site visits and coordination with consultants & contractors
• BOQ preparation and material coordination
• Assisting in client presentations

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
