Role Overview
This role is for a creative and forward-thinking Junior Architect who is passionate about design innovation and execution excellence.
At ODF Group, architecture is not limited to drawingsit leads the project. As a Junior Architect, you will be involved from concept design to site execution, working closely with structural, civil, and project teams to translate bold ideas into buildable steel structures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative architectural concepts and convert them into detailed, executable designs
Work on front-end design development, shaping the identity of each project
Prepare design drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings for execution
Collaborate with civil, structural, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained on-site
Participate in design reviews, material selection, and detailing
Designs in different materials like steel, prefab, and LGSF and other innovative construction systems
Ensure each project delivers a unique architectural outcome, not repetitive designs

You will work across a wide range of projects, including:

Residential villas & weekend homes
Commercial buildings
Hospitality & resort projects
Educational & institutional buildings

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Minimum 1+ year of professional experience
Skills: Strong creative thinking, conceptual clarity, and detailing ability
Languages: English & Malayalam
Ability to develop detailed and thoughtful design solutions
Willingness to learn and work with steel, prefab, and LGSF systems
Strong coordination and communication skills
