Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

We are inviting applications for the position of Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an architectural firm in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai , with a solid understanding of design development, detailing, and local approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of working drawings (WD), municipal drawings (MD), sale plans , and presentation drawings.
• Support in design coordination and preparation of technical documentation.
• Understanding of UDCPR norms , local development control regulations, and submission requirements.
• Liaisoning knowledge with authorities such as CIDCO, NMMC, PMC, etc., will be considered an added advantage.
• Participation in site visits , assisting in execution coordination, and ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Collaboration with senior architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 14 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is beneficial.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn within a collaborative environment.

Education:

• B.Arch from a recognized university.
