The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 35 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, experience working on international projects, and high proficiency in Revit . You will collaborate with the design team to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Assist in concept design, detailed design, and documentation phases for various architectural projects.
• BIM & Visualization: Prepare and produce detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D models using Revit .
• Coordination: Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Site Inspection: Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained during construction.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 35 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to international projects.
• Education: B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized university.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Skills: Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
