We're Hiring: Junior Architects to Join Our Design Team!

Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Architect looking to work on exciting projects across multiple sectors? We are expanding our core design team and looking for creative minds eager to take on responsibilities in designing, drafting, reviewing drawings, and Site coordination for upcoming projects. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to grow with a dynamic team, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development and research for thematic design schemes
• Prepare concept presentations and client proposals
• Ensure compliance with the latest norms and guidelines from relevant authorities
• Create error-free GFC/working drawings and assist in reviewing BOQs for Architecture, Interiors, and Furniture
• Develop site-specific drawings and coordinate with engineering and MEP teams
• Conduct site visits (PAN India) and provide on-site recommendations
• Maintain accurate project data, trackers, and weekly status updates

What We're Looking For:

• B.Arch from a reputed institution (NITs, SPAs, IITs, GGSIPU, etc.)
• 1+ years of professional experience in architecture and design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong 3D modeling skills in SketchUp , with rendering expertise in Enscape/Lumion
• Experience in coordination drawings with MEP services is a plus
• Exposure to multiple project categories and the ability to handle diverse design challenges

Should be comfortable working on the following Software-

• Design Authoring - Revit, SketchUp & AutoCAD
• Visualization Lumion/Enscape
• Graphics & Productivity - Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
