Junior Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Junior Architect, based in Coimbatore. The Junior Architect will work on preparing architectural designs, collaborating with senior architects on residential and commercial projects, and developing technical drawings and presentations. The role includes coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met and assisting in the execution of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong creative and technical aptitude
• Familiarity with software development and integration tools related to architectural drafting and design
• Understanding of Project Management principles and ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Relevant internships or work experience in architecture firms is an advantage
