Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Architect with hands-on experience in residential design and execution. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting senior architects in delivering high-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and developing residential design proposals.

Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure project alignment.

Conduct site visits for design verification, measurements, and progress monitoring.

Support the preparation of BOQs, design reports, and client presentations.

Ensure compliance with building by-laws, standards, and project requirements.

Work closely with the project team to deliver designs within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Minimum 1 year experience in residential projects (apartments, villas, or individual houses).

Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion, and basic Photoshop.

Strong design sense and understanding of residential planning principles.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
