The Role:

This is a hands-on role where your creative flair and technical skills will shine. You will be instrumental in transforming initial concepts into stunning visuals and detailed documentation. Working closely with project leads, you'll contribute to all phases of design, from concept development to construction support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design charettes, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions.
• Architectural Visualization: Utilize your expertise in3ds Max andSketchUp to build detailed 3D models and produce quality renderings for client presentations and marketing materials.
• Technical Documentation: Produce accurate 2D construction drawings, plans, elevations, and details usingAutoCAD .
• Graphic Presentations: Enhance project visuals, mood boards, and presentation packages usingAdobe Photoshop .
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with senior architects, engineers, and other consultants, ensuring seamless design integration and communication.
• Site Engagement: Conduct occasional site visits to gather data, take measurements, and assist with construction progress monitoring.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
• Software Skills: Proven proficiency in3ds Max ,SketchUp ,AutoCAD , andAdobe Photoshop .
• Creativity: A strong design sense, a keen eye for visual detail, and the ability to think outside the box.
• Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactivity: Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under deadlines.
