Position: Junior Architect

Location:- NOIDA

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Only

Experience: 0103 Years (Mandatory)

We are currently seeking a Junior Architect with 01 to 03 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a working knowledge of applicable building codes, development byelaws, construction standards, and design principles that respond meaningfully to context and sustainability. A curious and proactive mindset towards evolving architectural ideologies and global practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to design development across Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, and Building Services.

Translate conceptual designs into executable drawings and 3D models.

Collaborate effectively in team discussions and client presentations.

Participate in the preparation of BOQs and support the execution team with documentation and site coordination.

Conduct site visits and be available for relocation or extended stays at project locations as required.

Required Skill Set:

Drafting & 3D Modelling: Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. (Additional skills in Rhino and Revit will be an advantage)

Visualization Tools: Skilled in Lumion. (Working knowledge of V-Ray and Enscape is a plus)

Post-production & Graphic Presentation: Adept in Adobe Photoshop.

Presentation & Documentation: Competent with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Strong ability to communicate ideas through hand sketches and rapid 3D visualizations.
