Job Responsibilities

a.Coordinate all design related activities of projects handled.

b.Ensure all designs, drawings and details and documents of projects are coordinated and submitted as required and desired by office and client.

c.Plan works and coordinate with cad draftsman to ensure delivery as required and desired by office.

d.Coordinate with engineers and quantity surveyteam to ensure delivery as required and desired by office.

e.Coordinate with clients and ensure deliveryas required and desired by office.

f.Coordinate with consultants ensure delivery as required and desired by office.

g.Call for project meeting of client / consultants as and when requirement arises for the project.

h.Coordinate with clients in selection of building and finishing materials if needed.

i.Ensure all drawings and details submitted for construction and planning are accurate and free from error.
