Assurance Developers is a construction and real estate company focused on developing residential and commercial projects with strong design intent, functional planning, and execution excellence. We work closely with engineering, construction, and sales teams to deliver high-quality built environments.

We are looking for an Architect with 2 to 4 years of experience who can support the design development, coordination, and execution of real estate projects. This role requires a balance of design sensibility, technical understanding, and on-site coordination .

You will work closely with senior architects, consultants, and project teams from concept to execution.

• Prepare architectural drawings including concept plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings
• Support design development for residential and commercial projects
• Ensure functional planning, compliance with bylaws, and design intent

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Assist in preparing GFC drawings and construction documentation
• Support site teams by resolving design-related queries

• Visit project sites to review execution quality and design adherence
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for architectural clarifications
• Assist in resolving on-site design and detailing challenges

• Prepare drawings for approvals and statutory submissions
• Maintain updated drawing sets and revision controls
• Ensure architectural compliance with local development norms

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing

• Experience working on residential or mixed-use real estate projects
• Exposure to site execution and coordination
• Familiarity with local building bylaws and approval processes

• Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy
• Practical design approach aligned with execution realities
