What You'll Do

• Craft precise architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit 3D for retail and hospitality projects
• Design complete store layouts including customer-facing areas, backend kitchen operations, and service zones
• Create compelling interior design concepts and detailed visualizations for retail spaces
• Develop technical and working drawings for store fit-outs, MEP coordination, and construction execution
• Design functional backend kitchen layouts optimizing workflow, equipment placement, and operational efficiency
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation documentation
• Curate material palettes and finishes with a keen eye for aesthetics, durability, and brand alignment
• Experience the build process firsthand through regular site visits and coordination
• Transform creative vision into execution-ready documentation across all project phases

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed technical and working drawings
• Working knowledge of 3D Visualization tools (SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of retail/store design principles and interior space planning
• Experience or demonstrated interest in commercial kitchen design and F&B layouts
• Solid grasp of the design-to-site execution pipeline
• Developed aesthetic sensibility for material selection, finishes, and brand-appropriate detailing
