A Junior Architect supports senior architects and project managers in design, documentation, and site coordination. This role is foundational for developing technical expertise and professional discipline while contributing to premium, compliant projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

Assist in developing architectural concepts into detailed designs.

Prepare 2D/3D drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Ensure all documentation is branded, audit-ready, and aligned with company standards.

Revise drawings and documents based on senior architect and client feedback.

Project Coordination

Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and client reports.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with structural, MEP, and safety requirements.

Verify accuracy of drawings, quantities, and specifications before execution.

Assist in regulatory submissions and ensure adherence to building codes.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design ideas.

Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, reflecting the companys premium brand standards.

Site & Execution

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify contractor compliance with design.

Report non-conformance issues promptly and support corrective actions.

Document site observations in branded formats for audit and escalation.

Continuous Learning & Development

Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable practices, and evolving codes.

Enhance technical and creative skills through training and project exposure.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and compliance standards.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture.

02 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
