We are looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in supporting .NET-based applications and strong SQL knowledge.
The role involves troubleshooting application issues, managing data queries, and ensuring smooth functioning of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for .NET-based applications.
Investigate and resolve application errors, bugs, and performance issues.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches and enhancements.
Monitor application logs and system health using tools like Event Viewer, IIS, or third-party monitoring tools. Document known issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
Assist in UAT and production deployments.
Respond to user queries and provide functional support.
Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures.2–3 years of experience in application support, especially for .NET, SQL
