Role: Junior AI Automation Specialist

This is an Intern Full-Time conversion role, strictly performance-driven.

You will design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that connect tools, data, and AI agents into scalable automation systems.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

Core Automation Skills

You should have hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

n8n

Zapier

Make.com

Technical & AI Skills

Strong understanding of workflow logic and automation design

Experience building end-to-end automations (triggers actions outcomes)

Ability to integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools

Understanding of how to embed AI / LLMs into workflows

Comfortable debugging and optimizing complex automation flows

What Youll Work On

Build AI-driven automation workflows for internal and customer use cases

Design logic-based workflows connecting multiple systems and tools

Integrate AI agents into automation pipelines

Optimize workflows for performance, accuracy, and scalability

Work closely with product, solution engineering, and data teams

Continuously improve automation efficiency and reliability

Month 1 Training & Evaluation (Unpaid)

Full-time, onsite at GrowStack Hyderabad office

Hands-on work with real automation systems

Strict performance evaluation

If you dont clear this phase, the role will not continue

Months 212 Paid Role

20,000 per month

Clear deliverables and performance expectations

Salary can be doubled, purely based on performance
