Junior AI Agent Specialist

We are hiring a junior, tech-savvy AI & Data Analyst to help us improve business and factory operations through data analysis, AI-assisted workflows, and decision-making dashboards .

• Analyze operational data using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools
• Use AI to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Build clear dashboards and reports for management decision-making
• Work with teams to understand processes and convert them into AI-driven systems
• Continuously improve workflows and dashboards based on feedback

• Very strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis and insights
• Able to create dashboards that management can actually use
• Good communication and execution mindset
• Junior profile (03 years), hands-on and curious

• Not a senior AI engineer role
• Not a pure coding or theory role
