We are looking for Junior Lawyer for EBG Group, for execution of all agreements related to Joint Ventures, FOCO/FOFO Partnerships, LOIs, MOUs, Vendor Contracts, Franchise Agreements, Leasing Agreements, Policy Documents, and other statutory compliance documents for the EBG Groups diversified businesses.

Job Role Purpose

Junior lawyer will be responsible for end-to-end legal drafting, vetting, negotiation, and execution of all agreements related to Joint Ventures, FOCO/FOFO Partnerships, LOIs, MOUs, Vendor Contracts, Franchise Agreements, Leasing Agreements, Policy Documents, and other statutory compliance documents for the EBG Groups diversified businesses.The role ensures legal protection for the organization while enabling fast business execution.

Salary - Max 30000 per month
