Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Amritsar. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and analyzing financial data to support the organizations operations, preparing data for GST Returns . Collaboration with team members to ensure accuracy and timely reporting is integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and Busy Software .
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, teamwork, and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in an accounting on Busy Software is mandatory .
• Knowledge of local tax regulations , Gst Return Data Prepration and financial compliance requirements will be required .
