Job Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bengaluru

Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Job Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with at least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support peers in financial reporting and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• HandleGST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax workings, registrations, returns, and timely filings
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns
• Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions and compliance
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments
• Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing of accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken and written)

Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred.

CTC: 4.2L (Based on skill set & experience relevancy)
