Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role located in Chennai. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining records of transactions, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. The role requires collaboration with other departments and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet tools, and Tally Prime
• Attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply
