Working Model: Onsite

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Days: Monday - Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Budget: 15to 20k per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview: Were looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations under the guidance of our Senior Accountant. This role is ideal for a fresher with a finance or accounting background who is comfortable with basic bookkeeping, Tally entries, payment tracking, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily transactions in Tally
• Maintain books, records, and supporting documents
• Handle GST filing and related compliance
• Track payables/receivables and update payment status
• Follow up with vendors/clients on pending dues
• Assist with bank reconciliation and invoice preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams for required financial data
• Support the Senior Accountant with month-end tasks

What Were Looking For

Experience: 1 year of experience or internship experience in accounting

• Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com or similar)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Tally and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and follow-up ability
• Willingness to learn and work closely with the senior team
