Junior Accountant - (Freshers)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant at Techinfinity. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to accounting. This may include financial data entry, bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports and assisting in audits.

Accounts:-

• Knowledge of Tally
• Maintaining purchase, sales and expenses data
• Generating proforma invoices & invoices, credit/debit notes, Emailing the same to the clients
• Ensuring timely receipt of payments
• Ensuring timely payments to the suppliers
• Reconciling bank statements
• Preparing monthly GST data
• Filing monthly GST data on the GST portal
• TDS/TCS Working Preparation and timely submission
• Preparing data for IT returns and co-ordinating with the CA for timely and accurate filing
