Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid/Remote)
Shift: Mid-Shift (Overlap with US business hours)
Platform: QuickBooks Online or Xero Global
### The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage the financial operations for our dual-entity structure (US and India). This role is perfect for an accountant who enjoys working with modern cloud tools and wants to build a career in high-growth, cross-border finance.
You will be the bridge between our US and Indian operations, ensuring that books are clean, taxes are tracked, and cash flow is optimized across borders.
What Youll Do
* Dual-Entity Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting for both US and India entities on QuickBooks or Xero.
* India Compliance: Handle GST tracking, calculate monthly TDS liabilities, and assist with PT and PF coordination.
* US Operations: Process vendor bills, manage W-9 collections, and support the US CPA with month-end closing and 1099s.
* Banking & Treasury: Reconcile multi-currency accounts (USD/INR) and manage intercompany fund transfers via Wise or similar platforms.
* Reporting: Prepare weekly cash flow updates and monthly budget vs. actual reports for leadership.
What Were Looking For
* Experience: 24 years in accounting. Prior experience in a KPO or a firm serving US clients is a major plus.
* Software: Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Strong Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUPs).
* Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indian GST/TDS and a basic grasp of US GAAP.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (you will be working directly with a US-based team).
* Education: B.Com/M.Com or MBA. (Candidates pursuing CA/CMA/CPA are welcome).
