Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and compliance activities. The role involvesassistingwith bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and basic statutory filings while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities:

• Assistinmaintainingbooks of accounts, including journal entries and ledgers.
• Record day-to-day transactions, invoices, and expenses.
• Support bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assistin preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Help with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Support audits and finance team requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiencyin MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar).
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
