Junior Accountant – Amadora

Amadora is looking for adetail-oriented Junior Accountantto support our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strongTally experience, hands-on accounting exposure, and an interest in inventory, costing, and retail finance.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries inTally
• Record and reconcilepurchase invoices, expenses, and supplier bills
• Enter and track stock movements inTally and Amadoras inventory system
• Performonline order reconciliationacross platforms
• Reconcilecredit card, GPay, and other digital paymentsacross all Amadora stores
• Assist withproduct costing, recipe costing, and cost analysis
• Prepare and maintaincosting reportsand basicP&L statements
• Monitor and tracksupplier pricing, price changes, and variances
• Support month-end closing and internal financial reporting
• Coordinate with store teams and suppliers for discrepancies and clarifications

• Hands-on working knowledge ofTally (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (entries, reconciliation, P&L)
• Experience withinventory accountingpreferred
• Comfortable working withExcel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently and follow processes
• Prior experience in retail / F&B is a plus, but not mandatory

• Someone reliable, organized, and numbers-driven
• Willing to learn costing, margins, and operational finance
• Comfortable handling multi-store data and reconciliations
