Role Description
As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal team. You will manage client relationships, oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, and ensure that deliverables are met with the highest quality and on time. You will play an essential role in helping brands grow by leveraging digital platforms such as social media, paid ads, content marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables such as social media content, paid ad strategies, and other online marketing assets are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and the internal team to develop tailored marketing strategies that drive business growth through social media, PPC, and other digital channels.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results and ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to clients, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Track and manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and within financial parameters.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns and challenges promptly, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles in digital marketing, account management, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other online marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, PPC advertising, content creation, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
