Job Description
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
What Youll Do:
- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations.
- Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through their decision-making process.
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, including proactive cold calling.
- Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to enrollments.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in EdTech sales or inside sales, ideally in a B2C education-focused environment.
- Comfortable with cold calling, target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow.
