Jr. RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries in UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.
Implement error handling, logging, and exception management in automation workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
Monitor and maintain existing bots, ensuring performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots and workflows.
Document automation workflows, including process design documents and technical specifications.
Stay updated with UiPath tools, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

3-6 years of hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.
Proficiency in designing workflows, custom activities, and integrating UiPath with other applications.
Strong understanding of RPA design patterns and best practices.
Experience with Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots.
Good knowledge of error handling, debugging, and exception management in UiPath.
Familiarity with scripting languages (VBScript, Python, or JavaScript) and APIs is recommended.
Knowledge of applications like Oracle E-buisness Suite, NetSuite is preferred
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Certifications in any of the RPA tools is an added advantage
Knowledge of process assessment and business case development for automation.
Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA is desirable.
