Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Online Analyst - CM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience and possess strong English speaking skills. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Experience in ISV or Hi-Tech domains is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing online content to ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards.
  • Provide support in identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues in online content.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving online content quality.
  • Utilize analytical tools to gather data and generate reports on online content performance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on content goals and objectives.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in online content management.
  • Support the development and execution of content management plans and initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to online content processes and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing online content based on analysis and research.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to online content management.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong English speaking skills.
  • Experience in ISV or Hi-Tech domains is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
