Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with a strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance websites. This is anon-site positionat our Vadodara office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites and themes from scratch or using existing frameworks.
• Convert detailed FIGMA designs into fully functional WordPress themes.
• Customise and extend WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Ensure websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimised for speed and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Could you collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time?
• Please make sure to implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum1 year of professional experiencein WordPress development.
• Strong proficiencyin WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) and custom theme development.
• Understanding of WordPress REST API and basic knowledge of WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with version control systems (like Git) and local development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have

:

• Experience with performance optimisation tools (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
