Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling through video and can create engaging content for digital platforms. The candidate should have a good sense of pacing, transitions, music, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, ads).

Key Responsibilities

• Edit social media videos, reels, brand films, and performance ads
• Work with raw footage, sound, graphics, and music to create polished outputs
• Follow brand guidelines and campaign briefs
• Deliver quick turnaround edits for digital-first content
• Collaborate with creative team, copywriters, and motion designers
• Make revisions based on feedback and maintain version control
• Stay updated with trending formats and editing styles

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of After Effects
• Understanding of cuts, transitions, pacing, sound sync, and color correction
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital ad formats
• Good sense of music and storytelling

Good to Have

• Basic motion graphics skills
• Knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Premiere AI features, etc.)
• Experience in an agency or content-heavy environment

Experience

• 02 years (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply)

Qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Film, Media, Animation, or related field
