We create impactful digital content to educate, inspire, and empowerand were looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Video Editor to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will work closely with our content and marketing teams to create high-quality video content aligned with our brand voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely content delivery

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the video editing field
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Photoshop / Canva
• Portfolio is mandatory (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)

Good to Have

• Camera handling knowledge

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday Work from Office
• After probation, Saturday will be Work from Home

Compensation

• Salary up to 25,000 per month (fixed)
• Salary revision after 6 months based on performance
• Only TDS deduction applicable
