Position : Jr Software Developer - Java & Python

Experience required : Min 2+ years

We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Software Developer with experience in Java and Python to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems. You will play a key role in writing software, build automated CI/CD pipelines and work closely with product and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable industry leading AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud deployments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
• Strong expertise in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI preferred)
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience on building AI systems are a huge plus
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and authorization
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
