Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Understand the client's brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to execute effective campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback.
2. Coordination and collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content calendars, pitches, and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the deliverables.
3. Quality Check:
- Quality Check and posting on social media platforms.
4. Time Management:
- Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.
Qualifications:
- Freshers or under 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10am - 7pm
