Jr. Site Civil Engineer

Job Title :- Jr. Site Engineer.

• Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil/Structural)
• Location: Mumbai (On-site)
• Experience: 45 Years (Minimum)
• Salary: 30,000 50,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview)

Core Responsibilities

1. Project Execution: Oversee daily on-site activities and manage workflows in collaboration with structural and civil engineers to ensurehigh-rise building project success.
2. Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement quality control plans, conduct material testing (concrete, steel, aggregates), and verify work againstIS codes and design specifications.
3. Technical Planning: Prepare and implement detailed project plans, includingBar Bending Schedules (BBS)and material reconciliation.
4. Safety & Compliance: Monitor and optimize safety procedures, conduct regular site inspections to eliminate hazards, and ensureregulatory compliance (RERA/Local norms).
5. Coordination & Communication: Liaise between the design team, contractors, and vendors; provide project estimates and feasibility assessments.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Education: Bachelors degree inCivil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is compulsory.
2. Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience inAutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project .
3. Technical Knowledge: Expertise inRCC work, steel fabrication, formwork/shuttering , andMEP coordination. Strong knowledge of construction methodology, BBS, planning & reconciliation processes.
4. Soft Skills: Proven on-site management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
