Experience in B2B Collections
Manage initial dispute resolution process escalate unresolved disputes to appropriate teams for resolution
Create manage tickets for various activities such as refund and reapplication etc
Deactivation and Reactivation of accounts
Work on declined credit cards ACHS for all customers
Maintain Client Relationship
Excellent interpersonal skills 6 months to 2 Year of Experience in Voice will be preferred
