Process Executive:
Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO
Designation: Process Executive - Voice
Educational Background: Minimum Technical Graduate (Btech, Bsc IT,- BSC Com Sci, MCA, Etc.)
PE Experience: 0M to 6M experience in Digital Marketing / Certification in DM along with good communication skills
Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift
Work location: Gurgaon - permanent work from office
Shift: 24*7 Travel: Not required
Certification: Required if Fresher

• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers • Excellent documentation skills
• Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
• Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution

• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources • Excellent typing skills

• Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
