Job Description

HRIS Analyst Job responsibilities 

•Enter, audit and troubleshoot DayForce employee related matters (Process new hires/rehires, assigning employee roles i.e. Manager role and adding security access when needed)

•Uploading employees scanned files to HRIS systems (Dayforce) using document upload software

•Resolving HRIS related inquires within defined SLA

•Adding a job titles in DayForce to a program department, reset DayForce employee password

adjust DayForce entries to correct errors when requested by payroll, revise employee’s start date/termination date in DayForce when requested, add employees to Leadership Council and etc.

•Coordinate with other members within the HR department (Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Coordinators and HR Directors/Executives) and outside of HR (Payroll, Budget, IT/IS, Program Managers/Directors and C-Level employees) to identify and fix employee related issues within DayForce

•Enter bonus for employees who’ve worked with the Jewish Board for 3, 5, 10, 15 years and etc.

•Run reports for auditing purposes and to make sure that the correct information is accurately 

•Address ad hoc assignments i.e. correcting duplicate or incorrect profile information due to system errors or technical complications

•Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation (SOP)
