We are seeking an experienced freight forwarding professional with strong expertise in global logistics operations to manage and optimize international transportation processes. This role is responsible for end-to-end shipment coordination, carrier negotiations, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality customer experience across international markets.

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving profitability, operational efficiency, and growth for TCIs international business across India and global operations.

• Manage international logistics operations across Sea, Air, and Land EXIM shipments
• Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, airlines, and partners
• Lead carrier negotiations and optimize freight costs
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with global trade regulations
• Drive business development, client servicing, and stakeholder engagement
• Support P&L management, cost analysis, and product development initiatives
• Strengthen operational processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
• Lead teams and enhance performance through effective people management
• Build industry presence through networking and association engagement

• Proven experience in shipping / freight forwarding industry
• Strong industry network and relationship-management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Exposure to international markets and logistics frameworks
• Must hold a valid passport and be open to international travel
