Youll build the system from Day 1.

You will:

Ship production backend code

Work on schemas, workflows, and event models

Help design APIs and internal abstractions

Implement AI-based structured extraction workflows

Solve real operational problems for paying clients

You work directly with the founder. No layers. No ticket factories.

Graduating 2025/2026 or recently graduated.

Non-negotiables:

Youve shipped something real (side project / hackathon / open source / deployed app)

Fluent in TypeScript or Python

Comfortable working in ambiguity

Curious about system design

Strong signals (not mandatory):

Interest in event-driven systems / DDD

Built backend systems beyond CRUD

Have opinions about clean architecture
