Jr Back End Developer (Kerala-Based Candidates Only)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Backend Developer to join our growing team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in building robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and APIs. Youll be working closely with our frontend, mobile, and design teams to deliver high-performance web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Design and manage databases ensuring high performance and data integrity.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services (e.g., payment gateways, messaging APIs).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to define and deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of backend processes, schemas, and APIs.
• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 3 year of hands-on experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, .
• Experience working with databases like MongoDB, MySQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience with JWT authentication, encryption, and data validation.
• Good understanding of server management and deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture is a plus.
• Experience with GraphQL, Socket.io, or real-time systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, Next.js) is an added advantage.

Salary : 2.5 LPA - 6 LPA
