Jr Analyst - Business Operations

What success looks like in this role:

• Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including client proposals and contract renewals
• Manage vendor interactions, quote negotiations, and vendor contract renewals
• Support stakeholders in business forecasting, expected order values, projected revenue, and target margins
• Handle long-term business planning, cash flow forecasts, client maintenance contracts, and vendor contracts
• Collaborate with international teams and interact with clients/vendors as needed
• Open to working in shifts based on business requirements
• Additionally, as we move forward, this role may involve automation, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams), Advanced Excel Dashboards, SQL
• Soft Skills: Strong email etiquette, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholder interactions
• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Python programming, Power BI, familiarity with system design

This role is designed for a candidate with 0-3 years of experience (Freshers with strong skills are welcome), preferably from an engineering or statistical background with a mix of technical skills, business acumen, and analytical mindset, looking to grow in a dynamic, global environment.

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
