Role and Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of Advisors including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements

• Regularly impart effective coaching to team members, enabling consistent high-performance delivery

Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations

• Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated client cases

• Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input.

• Conduct activities to maintain team motivation and retention

• Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures.

• Attend required training and development programs

• Promote CNX values- walk the talk and lead by example Display integrity and adherence to compliance and related policies of the organization

Key skills & knowledge

• Excellent spoken and written English communication

• Good Excel and MS Office skills

• Ability to work under pressure and follow up on items for completion

• Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables

• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
