We are hiring a Lead Sales professional to drive sales and distribution of 200 ml Tetra Pack fruit juices across Uttar Pradesh. The role is performance-driven with high commission-based earnings .

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint and manage distributors across UP
• Drive secondary sales, visibility, and market penetration
• Achieve volume and revenue targets for tetra packed juices
• Develop institutional, retail, and modern trade leads
• Execute GTM strategies and monitor market competition

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in FMCG beverage sales (Tetra Pack preferred)
• Strong distributor network in UP
• Self-driven with aggressive sales mindset
• Ability to work on high commission-based structure
