Job Description Senior Technical Proposal Writer and solution architect (Cloud, DevSecOps & Software Engineering)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Proposal Writer who not only writes well, but genuinely understands technology at the core ,someone who has spent years inside engineering teams, delivery programs and modernization efforts, and can carry those insights into winning proposals. This individual should bring at least five to eight years of hands-on experience in cloud computing, modern application development and secure delivery, paired with no less than five years dedicated to professional technical writing for proposals, government bids or high-value IT solutioning.

The role centers around translating complex cloud architecture, DevSecOps pipelines, migration blueprints, and modernization strategies into crisp, compelling language for R FPs, RFIs and RFQs. We expect fluency in AWS and Azure environments, familiarity with cloud-native design, infrastructure automation, container orchestration, zero-trust security, microservices and full-stack delivery. The right person will be comfortable interviewing SMEs, extracting detail from architects, and converting raw technical input into compliant, evaluation-aligned narrative. They will support storyboarding, volume development, whitepapers, and solution write-ups where clarity, structure and persuasion matter.

Beyond live proposals, this individual will help us shape a growing internal content library. They will catalog reusable technical sections, cloud approaches, past performance case studies, and modernization playbooks so our pursuit engine strengthens over time. Their success will be felt not only in the quality of our bids, but also in the repeatability, maturity and structure they help bring to our proposal ecosystem.

We want someone who writes with authority, thinks like an engineer, and moves with the urgency of capture deadlines , working off-hours when needed, someone who wants ownership, not tasking.

Job Description Senior Technical Proposal Writer (AI/ML, ICAM, Low-Code, COTS/GOTS & Innovation)

We are also looking for a second Senior Technical Proposal Writer whose strength sits in emerging technology, integration strategy and digital innovation. This individual should bring five to eight years of experience working across AI/ML, identity and access security, automation, low-code/no-code ecosystems, COTS/GOTS implementation and open-source adoption , supported by at least five years of professional writing experience directly tied to proposals and technical solutioning.

This role thrives where modernization meets creativity. We want someone who understands MLOps pipelines, responsible AI practices, model governance, enterprise data flows, RBAC/ABAC frameworks, ICAM integration, authentication modernization and rapid solution deployment using low-code tools. The individual in this seat will help build technical approaches for digital transformation, AI-infused mission capability, workflow orchestration, COTS integration and government-ready automation. Their writing will appear in technical volumes, past performance narratives, management sections, oral slide messaging and strategic bid content where innovation must be explained in clear, credible terms.

In addition to responding to bids, this role will shape a robust knowledge and content repository. They will turn delivery win-stories, SME interviews and program artifacts into reusable proposal assets, capability statements, whitepapers and innovation narratives. They will collaborate with technical teams and capture leadership to drive messaging consistency, improve proposal velocity and expand the range of solutions we can confidently and quickly pursue.

This is a role for someone who loves technology and storytelling equally. Someone who can read between requirements lines, anticipate evaluator scoring, and craft messages that elevate our proposals above the ordinary. A writer who is technical enough to speak to innovation , and bold enough to make it resonate.
