Job Description – Accounting Executive

Position Summary:

RTW Global Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves handling overhead accounting, salary processing, intercompany invoicing, vendor payments, and employee reimbursement management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities related to overhead expenses Process salary payments and maintain payroll-related records Raise and manage intercompany invoices accurately and on time Handle vendor payments related to overheads and services Process employee reimbursement payments and maintain supporting documentation Ensure accurate accounting entries and proper record-keeping Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and accounting clarifications Support audits and assist in financial reporting as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations Knowledge of overhead accounting, vendor payments, and reimbursements Experience with salary processing and intercompany transactions Working knowledge of Zoho Books is a strong plus Good understanding of basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in logistics or service-based industry Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Good communication and coordination skills
