Job Description

  • Achieve regional sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Medical Representatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the critical care portfolio.
  • Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), intensivists, anesthetists, and hospital purchase departments.
  • Identify new business opportunities in government and corporate hospitals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews with the team.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies and compliance.
  • Drive product launches and promotional campaigns in the region.
  • Maintain control over secondary sales, stock management, and collections.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pharma/Medical Devices.
  • At least 35 years of team handling experience as ASM/RSM.
  • Strong exposure to Critical Care / ICU / Injectables / Anti-infectives portfolio.
  • Good network with hospitals and institutional clients.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
