Job Description
- Achieve regional sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Medical Representatives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the critical care portfolio.
- Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), intensivists, anesthetists, and hospital purchase departments.
- Identify new business opportunities in government and corporate hospitals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews with the team.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and compliance.
- Drive product launches and promotional campaigns in the region.
- Maintain control over secondary sales, stock management, and collections.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pharma/Medical Devices.
- At least 35 years of team handling experience as ASM/RSM.
- Strong exposure to Critical Care / ICU / Injectables / Anti-infectives portfolio.
- Good network with hospitals and institutional clients.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
